Use of the service

You agree to use Sereno only for personal, non-commercial purposes and in line with applicable laws. You must not attempt to misuse, copy, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.

Not a medical service

Sereno With You is not a crisis service or a replacement for professional medical or psychiatric care. Content, AI responses, and coach interactions are for general support and education — not diagnosis, treatment, or emergency response. If you are in crisis, please contact local emergency services or a trusted professional immediately.

Accounts and access

During the private beta, access may be limited, changed, or revoked at any time as we improve the platform. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes.

Your content

Content you enter into Sereno (journal entries, mood logs, messages) remains yours. By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to store and process it solely to provide and improve the product.

Limitation of liability

Because this is an early-stage beta, the service is provided "as is" with no guarantees of availability or accuracy. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sereno With You is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. We will notify users of material changes by email and/or an in-app notice. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
