During the early beta, we may collect your name, email address, app usage patterns (for example, which features you use), and any details you choose to share in forms or feedback. We do not collect sensitive health data beyond what you voluntarily enter.

How we use your information

We use this information to operate the app, improve features, respond to your requests, and understand how Sereno can better support user well-being. We do not sell your personal information to any third party.

Your choices

You can ask us to update or delete your information at any time. During the private beta, these requests may be handled manually by our small team. Email us at hello@serenowithyou.com and we will respond within 48 hours.

Data storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL, hosted on AWS). All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We do not share your data with third parties except where required to operate the service.
